About the event

Having already run 7 successful Employee Engagement events in the UK and after the successful launch of Engage Europe Amsterdam this March, we’re very excited to bring you the 8th edition of our Annual Employee Engagement & Employer Branding event, taking place at the Waldorf Hilton, London.

We all know how vital it is for organisations to stay ahead of the pack, and being seen as an employer of choice through effective Employee Engagement & Employer Branding means that your employees will be more motivated, loyal, committed, and are more likely to recommend the company. This in turn leads to improved performance and business success.

Now as organisations become more sophisticated, and with employee insight now the driving force in shaping strategy and design, so businesses need to look at ways of refining existing strategies instead of just finding ways to meet the benchmark.

This event will give you real insight into how to predict and manage your business needs, capitalise on your employer brand and engage your staff. In summary by attending this event you will be able to bring communications into the foreground, leverage the very best from your people and ultimately drive your business forward.

It is a way of running and doing business!

Why this event

The relationship between employer and employee is evolving and a new generation of employees are demanding more from their employer. Organisations must now use their workforce intelligence to form powerful insights that will drive and shape smart business decisions about workforce strategy, programmes and investments.

Just as marketing departments worldwide hold the key customer data which instructs business development, HR and communications are now connecting and utilising key employee data which harnesses the power to drive results.

n 88% of fully engaged employees believe they can positively impact the quality of their

 organisation’s products and services.

n 38% of disengaged employees feel the same way.

n (Towers Watson Global Workforce Study 2010)

Where do your employees sit? If you need to ensure that engagement is a part of your everyday business, if you are responsible for linking internal initiatives with the external customer brand, if you want to find out the role communications play in pulling all of this together, then this is the event for you!

Over two days you will leave with the following objectives:

n Overcome the personal development challenges of engagement that occur beyond the survey

n Learn how to support a broader engagement strategy company-wide by utilising all parts of the business

Use employee engagement to motivate your staff and get their buy-in for change
n Become and remain an employer of choice through employer branding and create an environment
where employees believe in, and act in accordance to your brand.

n Strengthen and capitalise on your employer brand to build and maintain maximum engagement

n Develop meaningful communications to fully engage staff in your business planning and objectives to ultimately lead to improved performance and business success

n Utilise the latest social media tools to manage your reputation and build your internal brand

n Read your employee data properly and use this to shape business decisions and deliver on future revenues

n Start implementing the change needed and get off the measuring wheel

***As an attendee you  will leave with tangible and practical examples of how to implement change and slides that you can take back to the office and deliver to the team.***
